Return & Refund Policy


Returns

Because most of our jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns for customized or personalized pieces.

For eligible non-customized items, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution after reviewing the issue.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed because each piece is individually crafted.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
